Late Cancellation

All clients must give at least 24 hours notice of cancelling an appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or the client does not show up for the appointment, a 50% payment will be required or pre paid deposit will not be returned or used for next booked appointment. We are a small business so please help us by following our rules and policies. Our time is precious and could be given to somebody else!

Patch Testing

All Brow, Lashes & certain Advanced Facials will require either a 24 or 48 hour patch test prior to treatment. These are only for specific treatments. Clients who have previously had a patch test will not be required to have another unless any of the following apply: it’s over 6 months since your previous test for the same treatment wanted, medical history has changed, or you require an alternative treatment.


All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by either a Parent or Guardian. Also a required signature is needed from the Parent or Guardian as confirmation of treatment and the parent must stay throughout the treatment.


Any appointment that is over 1 hour or specific products need ordering in for a certain treatment both may require 50% deposits. These deposits will be non-refundable if the client misses or cancels the appointment with less than 24hrs notice.

For all appointments that go ahead as normal the deposit will be deducted from the full treatment cost.
