We use DoTerra oils in our massages for their healing properties and to help promote wellness. All massage times include preparation time.

Aromatherapy Full Body – 60 minutes – £48.00

A relaxing massage using a unique blend of essential oils to suit your individual needs.

Pregnancy Massage – 60 minutes – £60.00 (after first trimester only)

The ultimate stress relieving massage for the Mum-to-be, relax deeply whilst laying on your side using our pregnancy pillow. For this massage we use a non-scented grapeseed oil which helps nourish your skin.

Abdominal Massage – 30 minutes – £35.00

A massage specific to those with digestive concerns or suffering from IBS. Using Castor oil & heated towels to assist the internal organs with their functioning.

Reflexology – 45 minutes – £30.00

A deeply relaxing complimentary therapy which focuses on the feet to treat the entire body.

Hot Stone Massage Full Body – 60 minutes – £55.00

The Hot Stone Massage is said to have been used by the Native Americans. The Hot stone massage is a specialty massage using smooth, heated stones as an extension of the therapist’s own hands, or by placing them on the body.

Indian Head Massage – 30 minutes – £30.00

Indian head massage originated from the Ayurvedic tradition of medicine and is administered while you are lying down for ultimate relaxation.  Pressure points are activated to release your stresses and relax your strained muscles. Most people store pressure in their neck and shoulders through poor posture or work environments and this massage soothes away the stress from those overworked muscles leaving you revived and revitalised.

Hopi Ear Candling – 30 minutes – £28.00

Hopi ear candling (also known as Thermal Auricular Therapy) is a gentle and non-invasive treatment and and soothing experience. They are not candles in the conventional sense, but are in fact, hollow tubes traditionally made from organically grown flax, extracts of honey, beeswax and various herbal oils (Chamomile, Sage and St John’s Wort).
